At MantraAQ, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since we deal with food products, please read this policy carefully.
Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
We accept refund or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- Product received in damaged condition
- Wrong product delivered
- Product quality issue (e.g., spoiled, tampered packaging)
Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or opened/consumed products.
How to Report an Issue
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Share the following:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos showing the issue
- Description of the problem
You can raise a request via:
Review & Resolution
- Once we receive your complaint, we will review the evidence and respond within 3–5 business days.
- If the complaint is valid:
- A replacement will be shipped at no extra cost, OR
- A full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Processing
- Refund to original payment method: 5–10 business days
- Refund timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refund or replacement will not be applicable if:
- The product has been opened, used, or consumed
- The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery
- The product damage was caused by the customer
